We design Personal Training Programs, HIIT Programming with an emphasis on Strength, and HIIT Programs with an emphasis on Anaerobic Conditioning. Offering both types of HIIT programs ensures your clients are getting a well-rounded, balanced workout regime each month, allowing them to progress and get the proper training effects.
